Trump reveals top terrorist behind Abbey Gate attack apprehended, facing 'swift sword of American justice'

"I talked to a lot of the parents and family members, and they're all in our hearts tonight," Trump stated. "I talked to them on the phone. We had a large call. All of them called. And everyone was on the line and they did nothing but cry with joy. They were very happy. As happy as you can be in those circumstances. Their child, brother, sister, son, daughter was murdered for no reason at all."

The loved ones of the families who lost their loved ones during the failed withdrawal previously and consistently criticized then-President Biden and then-Vice President Kamala Harris for their death, including initiating a fiery defense attack on Harris — while she was campaigning for president — following the 2024 withdrawal anniversary. Parents and other relatives accused the "administration killed my son" and that they "have not seen any support from you or your administration."

"What a terrible day," Trump went on to say. "Such incompetence was demonstrated that when Putin saw what took place, I guess he said, 'well, maybe this is my opportunity.' That's how bad it was. Should have never occurred."
